What counts as a responder?
An enabled user in your organization. Disabled accounts free their seat immediately.
What happens if I downgrade?
Existing users, services, status pages, and webhooks keep working — limits apply only to creating new ones. SMS and voice pause until you upgrade again, with push stepping in so nobody is silently unreachable.
Do unacknowledged incidents cost extra?
No. Incidents, alerts, and history are unlimited on every plan.
How is billing handled?
During early access, plan changes apply instantly from the dashboard with no card required. Online payment is coming; early-access organizations keep their pricing.
