Relay Logics — Terms of Service

The service

Relay Logics is an incident-alerting platform: your systems send alerts through our API or MCP integration, alerts become incidents, and your team is notified by push, email, SMS, or voice call according to rules you configure. Features vary by plan (Free, Team, Business); plan changes take effect immediately.

Your account and responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under them.
• Add only phone numbers and email addresses whose owners have consented — SMS/voice destinations require the owner's own verification.
• Use the service only for lawful operational alerting. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe other organizations' data, or exceed published rate limits.
• Organization admins manage members, billing, and integrations on behalf of their organization.

Not for life-safety use

Relay Logics is not an emergency service. Notification delivery depends on third-party networks (mobile carriers, email and push providers) and is not guaranteed to be delivered or timely. Do not rely on it for life-safety, medical, or emergency-response purposes.

Your data

Your incident data and configuration remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data via the API and delete it by closing your account.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay Logics' total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses caused by missed or delayed notifications.

Suspension, termination, changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
